This program, designed for the JJ Smith Foundation Learning Academy, equips teens with the foundational skills to drive meaningful change in their own neighborhoods. Participants will explore the principles of community development, learn to identify local strengths and needs, and cultivate professional leadership and teamwork abilities. Through a series of focused lessons and interactive reflections, learners will develop a practical Mini Community Action Plan to address a specific social issue and help their communities thrive.
